Bob is our longest foster resident. He's an affectionate, active dog who needs a home willing to invest time and training. Bob has made amazing progress with his foster mom and regularly attends training classes. New situations and people can make him nervous and he needs slow introductions to other dogs to ensure that he will do well.
Bob would be best suited to a home without small children due to his high energy levels.
Dear Furever home, My name is Sadie and I am so glad we have finally found each other. I am seven years young and my foster Mom says I am so sweet and loving, smart and cuddly, a true catch. I love tummy rubs, cuddles, walks, dog parks, laying in the sun, playing with squeaky toys, humans and am good around other dogs. I am fully house trained, know my commands including recall and enjoy my crate as my zen space. Because you have a nice calm life with no young children and NO cats, and because you like routines and have the time to spend for us to go for walks, enjoy the dog park, give me belly rubs as we snuggle together, I know we are meant to be together. My foster Mom says she knows you are going to absolutely fall in love with me too. If you want to meet up please contact Pause4Change and my PA (Foster Mom) will set it up. See you soon, Sadie x
Tora is a special puppy and is almost 6 months old. She is nervous around new people and has some issues with reactivity. She will bark and charge when she is in an uncomfortable situation. Tora is currently working with a trainer and will need a family that is committed to continuing this training. Tora's adopter(s) will need to have had experience with a reactive dog and fully understand the commitment required for a reactive dog. Tora will not be suited to a family with young children or anyone planning on having children after adopting.
Honey is a very sweet and lovable girl. She does well with cats and other dogs but needs a relaxed introduction to ensure success. She is in confidence classes that she is thriving in. She loves to give a happy dance for treats and is doing well learning patience! She is roughly 70lbs and medium to lower energy. She has a little trouble with going through some door ways but with treats and encouragement she soon learns.
Honey does well in a crate at night or free in a room. She is not a barker and is fully house trained. Honey walks well on a leash.
She would do well with children because she is so sweet natured. Her name really suits her!

Good with both
Good golly, Miss Molly! That's me, Miss Molly! Though my foster mom has only known me for a short while, she always talks about my big personality and what a spunky girl I am. You may have noticed my "bandit" appearance but don't worry, I assure I am a very good girl! I am a curious girl and I do love to investigate new items and I am still learning what items I am not supposed to investigate. At just 8 weeks old I was already sleeping through the night! That's pretty impressive if you ask me. I am very comfortable in my crate and I am already learning to be independent. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE to be around my foster mom and meet new people. I am a real sucker for a belly rub! All in all I am a pretty easy going girl. As just a young pup I do have some big bursts of energy where I love to run, play with my toys, and wrestle with my much larger foster brother! I would love to find a family that loves a good adventure followed by a cuddles and naps.
Hi! I’m a curious boy and I love to play with everyone, especially all my friends at puppy class! All this playing makes me so tired, that I sleep through the night in my crate. I am working really hard on my recall and leash training and am eager to please my foster family, if it means I will get some tasty treats... I sit very politely when waiting for my dinner or to go outside and can already do some commands like sit, shake and lay down. I can’t wait to meet my furever family and hope to have lots of adventures and snuggles with them. Love Bruno xoxoxo
I’m Chewy, I love my name but I don’t chew on anything but those stinky awesome pizzle sticks!
I have huge legs, awesome facial expressions, a few cool folds and may be a big boy, but I’ve been told I’m going to be a gentle giant.
September weather is my favourite and my foster fam’s backyard has a ton of leaves to chase around.
Right now I live with a family of 6, two big bosses and two girls under 10, the best labradoodle I’ll ever meet and an old cat that sometimes lets me get close enough to sniff his nose!
Polka the doodle and I play almost every moment I’m awake and sometimes she lets me win.
I love liver treats (aka puppy crack). I will do anything for it, even stay and roll over!

Rizzo's got spunk!
Strengths: Rizzo is confident around humans and other dogs. She is curious, but she will quietly observe squirrels, birds and door bells.
Crate training: Rizzo can sleep through the night and takes naps during the day all while in her crate.
Potty training: Rizzo trots to the door when she needs to go out. Frequent potty breaks during the day help prevent mishaps as her bladder is still small.
Challenges: Rizzo is practising maintaining her focus and staying calm when in the presence of unfamiliar humans and dogs. She just wants to be near everyone! She is also working on polite manners in the presence of humans.
Opportunities: Rizzo has lots of energy and is intelligent. She would do well in a forever home that is willing to take her to basic obedience class, but also work with her on more advanced skills to challenge her nose and mind!
Cuteness factors: Rizzo will curl up on your lap and chill with a chewy stick. She is also learning fetch!
Rizzo is still a pup and as such she still has lots to learn! If you’re willing to set aside time to train and exercise this girl often, please apply. She’d like to meet you!
Friendly Baloo is seeking his one and only Mowgli!
This cuddly bear has picked up most of the “bear necessities” for his training and his manners. My foster family is always commenting on my great personality and how well behaved I am around people, dogs and even the cat! I’m an easy going and fun loving pup and I love to explore with new toys or on short walks in the woods. I am asking to go out for my potty breaks, and I sleep through the night in my crate. I love my cuddle time and belly rubs, and movie nights are fantastic. Don’t get me wrong, I have my moments where I need to zoom and dance, but I chill out pretty quickly. I’m a great fit for a house looking for a handsome boy with a balance of outdoor adventures and indoor snuggles.
Hello Hoomans! My name is Simba and I am looking for a family that will love to play with me and give me belly rubs. I promise to reward you with endless puppy kisses! My favourite pastime is playing with my foster sister Shelby. We chase each other all day. I just love Shelby so much that sometimes I climb out of my pen to see her. My foster Mom calls me a 'sneaky little girl.' When I am not on the hunt for new adventures, I enjoy chewing my toys or taking a nap in my bed. When it’s time to go potty, I go right to the back door (most of the time) and my family gives me lots of praise. I like that! After such a busy day, I tend to sleep right through the night. A pup needs her beauty rest ya know! Well, I can’t wait to meet my new family and I really hope they have these things called ‘treats.’ I like those.
Hi my name is Piper. I am a little shy and timid at first but if you give me some time and let me come up to you, I'm coming out of my shell pretty quickly. I love all kinds of toys and am already bringing them back to my humans. I can sit on command and for food already and am working really hard on sleeping through the night in my crate and my house training. I'm a total cuddle bug and love that I'm allowed in bed in the morning for super snuggles. I follow my humans everywhere and am eager to learn new things every single day. If you are looking for a cute calm pup, that thrives with a little encouragement, I am the perfect fit.
